Craig Minca started his career in the automotive industry at 15 years old, when he began his apprenticeship in North Melbourne. Through the years, he worked at various workshops around Melbourne, gaining experience in all makes and models of cars, from brand new, to the very old, and everything in between.
For 8 years, he worked at Mazda, going from a regular mechanic, to the leading hand mechanic, specializing in diagnosis. The final 3 and a half years at Mazda were spent as the workshop foreman in charge of 14 mechanics and apprentices, and also responsible for the quality control of work and the training of workshop staff.
From Mazda, Craig went to Ezygas, where he was National Workshop Manager for 2 years. Here, he expanded on his LPG experience, and received specialist training in LPG Injection systems. In this role, he also completed many custom installations in a wide range of vehicles.
